Pure PTFE Molded Rod is a high-performance engineering material manufactured from 100% virgin polytetrafluoroethylene resin
through compression molding and sintering processes. It exhibits exceptional chemical resistance, withstanding virtually all
aggressive acids, alkalis, and solvents except molten alkali metals. The material features an ultra-low coefficient of friction
(0.05-0.10) and outstanding electrical insulation properties (dielectric strength ≥20 kV/mm). With a continuous service
temperature range of -200°C to +260°C, it maintains dimensional stability under extreme conditions. Typical applications include
semiconductor processing fixtures, chemical pump bushings, and high-voltage insulators. Compliant with ASTM D4894 Type I
standards, the rods are supplied in precision-ground diameters from 5mm to 300mm with length customization available.
