Il Chunhuan Group PTFE Carbon Filled Tube is a high-performance engineering tube designed for extreme industrial conditions. By integrating carbon-based fillers (graphite, carbon black, or short-cut carbon fiber) into a PTFE matrix, the tube combines PTFE’s outstanding chemical inertness and ultra-low friction with enhanced wear resistance, mechanical strength, and permanent anti-static properties.

This reinforced PTFE tube is ideal for high-value applications where wear, static discharge, and chemical corrosion are critical factors. Its smooth inner wall reduces material buildup, improves flow efficiency, and lowers energy consumption by up to 30%.

Carbon fillers enhance abrasion resistance more than 10 times compared to pure PTFE, making it suitable for high-speed particle-laden flows and long-term industrial use.

Low Friction & Smooth Surface

Anti-Static / Conductive Properties
