One Side Etched Sheet
PTFE Etched Film: For applications in which the PTFE film needed be bonded, we recommend a one side etched (or two side) etched PTFE film.
Skived Sheet
Skived PTFE sheet is manufactured by technology of compacting, sintering, rotary cutting with PTFE granular resin. As PTFE has a very low co-efficient of friction, so the surface of skived teflon PTFE sheet has similar friction levels to ice. Skived teflon PTFE sheet can work at -180° C ~+260° C and is the best electrical insulator of all known plastics.
Molded Ptfe Sheet
molded PTFE sheet is manufactured by molding method with PTFE granular resin. In fluoroplastics, PTFE got the most consumption and was used widely. It's an important material in variety of fluoroplastics. PTFE exhibits astonishing chemical resistance. This self-lubricating material provides a low friction coefficient, and is ideally suited for the manufacture of corrosion-resistant gaskets & seals.

Ptfe Skived Sheet Plate 100% Virgin material overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary plastics and metals that are not resistant to corrosion, and has become the main corrosion-resistant material in the petroleum, chemical and textile industries. For example, it is used to manufacture conveying pipes, exhaust pipes, steam pipes, etc. for conveying aggressive gases.
