PTFE Expanded Sheet

  (1) Mixing The PTFE Expanded Sheet resin and the extrusion aid are mixed uniformly according to a certain mass ratio.   (2) The pre-forming of the PPTFE Expanded Sheet presses the mixture into a blank with the same shape as the film cavity of the pusher.

  (6) Expansion The base film of the PTFE Expanded Sheet is rapidly stretched, and the stretching temperature should be controlled between the glass transition temperature (115°C) and the melting point (327°C) of PTFE.

  (7) Setting The expanded PTFE Expanded Sheet base film is placed on the template, and then placed in the mold towel, heated and pressurized to be integrated, and the setting process needs to be heated to the melting point (327°C) at a certain heating rate. ) and above, and then hold it for a period of time under a certain temperature and certain stress to make the network structure formed after stretching the same.
